Hi Lorraine-
We've have been having some problems with the sparc classics that
we just received (the 60). The problem is with the one screw that
holds the pwr supply and the frame that holds the diskette and HD.
The screw either snaps off when we try to install the diskette drive,
or the head of the screw is really mangled. We were able to repair
all but one of the top covers. I tried to get a replacement cover
and screw by going through our regular Sun # but was told we need
to get in touch with who sold us this shipment. Do you know who
we need to speak with?
