Margo from 14-100 ref desk called 1410.
sci-ref-1 was asking what language to use, I had her
choose option 4 english. also env lost bootmode and
bootpath which I had her reset, at one point she got
an battery err. The system is fully up at this time
but could have an intermittant system battery problem.
