workstation panic

The workstation in room 4-035 I was using yesterday evening got into panic
(I can't figure out what I did wrong) and apparently logged out.
When I looked at it this morning I saw that it had difficulties to
reboot, and after several attempts had stopped (``unexpected
inconsistencies'').
I can't discover any number on the station itself, but it is the one
on the left hand side of No. M4-035-17.
