Apparently someone from cluster operations went out there and said that
since the cluster in building 20 was private, that fixing the toner in the
public printer was not something that they did.
Can you send email to delia@mit.edu, stating whether or not you guys
are able to fix the printer?
Once again, the printer is in b20-B219
