Hi -
This shutdown needs to happen but I informed Neal doing
it on the weekend wouldn't be acceptable. I talked with
Ron briefly and we'd like to see this happen next Thurs
27th at 7am.

SAT Oct 22 - 7am to 11 pm - OUTAGE - Bldg 20 - 18 hours
ALSO - OUTAGE - a 5minute period betewwn 11pm and midnight
