Hi Andrew-
I heard you are the cluster mgr for 20c-219a. The HP printer
at this location has been calling for toner for about a week
now. If you are the cluster mgr you need to schedule to come
over to E40 to pickup a new toner kit, if you do not know how
to install one we can schedule to come over and give you some
basic training.
