Problem with Screen

Dear Hardware Hotline Consultant:
Our workstation's screen has had some problems for the past few
months. About a quarter to half an inch of the bottom of the screen
would disappear and later reappear. I had reported this problem along
with a problem I had with the mouse; however, I did not receive a
response to the screen problem. (Thank you for fixing the mouse.)
This morning about 2.5 inches had disappeared from the bottom of the
screen; this makes use the of machine very difficult. Could you have
someone repair or replace the screen please? Pertinent information
regarding this workstation is:
DECstation 3100 (carmel.mit.edu) located in 66-256.
If the machine needs to be shut down for this repair, please inform me
ahead of the time so that I can arrange to be logged off.
