Problem with starting EZ on an RS/6000

I'm a consultant for OLC, and received this from a user
who was unable to start EZ on a particular RS/6k:

I tried just plain 'ez'
and I tried starting from the dash...
I'll copy the errors :
10:04 Could not load program ez
10:04 Member shr4.o not found or file not an archive
10:04 Member shr4.o not found or file not an archive
10:04 Could not load library libX11.a[shr4.o]
10:04 Error was: No such file or directory
He changed to another machine and had no problem.
