happened to login and find your mssg, please send email
to hotline that way another person in our group may be
able to respond sooner.

I tried to copy the aklog file as per instructions:
3. cp /afs/athena/service/aklog /bin/athena/aklog
but got a connection timed-out error.
Is the machine down? I was root on jupiter at
the time.
