Hi Geoffrey-
We recieved mail from you on Oct 4th in regards to this
problem we verified this problem later that day and placed
a service call to Dec 10-5 8am, Dec replaced that diskette
drive with another one on 8-6 time?? I'm not sure of you
may have gotten there before him and thats why you were
still having a problem.
If this is still a problem after yesterday let us know
and we will get involved with this issue again.
