Printer is unhappy

The printer "python" in w20-575 is not printing.

The display reads:   79 SERVICE(8308)

(There are also 52 jobs in the queue, because half of MIT doesn't know
how to use "lpq" or "lprm", or possibly even recognize a dead
printer.)
