A user came into the Sipb office. He said he was just typing in
emacs, doing nothing special, when the machine dropped into the
monitor (you know, the console prompt over his X windows.) He said he
hit return several times, and it started rebooting. It got stuck
while rebooting, and is now ignoring all keystrokes, including stop-a.
