The service problem noted below was cleared at 9:40 this morning and
was related to a software problem in a switching module which is used
principally to serve the student population.

Subject: Technical Problem with 5ESS

We are currently experiencing difficulty within the switch in reference
to incoming calls to the campus.  The problem has been narrowed down to
a routing problem and we have AT&T technicians on-site working on the
problem.  This problem could also effect your voice mailboxes with
reference to call forwarding.

We will keep you informed.  We hope to have the problem solved soon.
