Workstation "failed to activate?"

Well, the workstation was m1-142-21, I think, and it said to email hotline@mit.
(Can't remember now, since I'm at m11-116).

I'm not exactly sure as to what the exact problem was, but in the console 
window, it said something like "Hesiod information not found".
