Hi! I just had a user submit a refund request for some
pages printed on pandora. There are blotches on the page
about 2/3rds of the way down.
Also, she submitted the job to "pandora", and the header page
says "pandora", but she says it printed on medea. Could someone
check and see if maybe the labels got switched or something?
