Glen Moglin (X3-5483) had reported this down. Carlton and I had looked at this
workstation, and it displayed many RZ23 medium errors on the user partition.
This system will most likely need its hard drive replaced. I was unable to
locate the name (Skye) or the DS3100 S/N (AB90701XA4) in the database. I
will let Sheila Frankel no its not covered as far as we know it.
