Warren Scott had me let him into the machine room today at ~7:45.
Warren wanted to check the AC himself and discuss with the Carl Hagge
from "energy conservation". He also stated that there may be a problem
with 1 of the 3 valves. The valve may be stuck open allowing continual
cooling even when the unit calls for no cooling.
Warren will notify us of a action plan.
Lou, I'd rather have you be the focal point on this since you are
more knowledgeable in this area and have information from the
start...
