Hi John!
WE repaired the printer over in building 66-080. We either missed the
hotline log number or perhaps there never was one, no big deal, the printer is
repaired. We threw in a maintenance kit so it should be good for another 200,000
pages. We couldn't reset the page count back to zero because the printer
maintenance message was not active at the moment. We called tech support and
found out how to change the page count back to zero, if you need us to. I will
assume that you folks already now how to do that.
