The DEC 3100 "lightning-bug.MIT.EDU" in Room 48-016 has a problem. I
attempt to login but get the following message:
"Workstation failed to activate successfully.
Please Notify Athena Operations."
At random times the console will give the messages:
"No Hesiod information available for lightning-bug"
"Workstation activation failed to finish normally."
"public-dmusys: Can't resolve name"
The first time I tried to reboot, it got hung up. The second time, it
rebooted but the problems remain.
The workstation was recently moved to this location by Athena.
Please come and have a look.
