Rajesh Bilimoria (email rqb, phone 3-4917) called to report
that the printer cyphus in the mech eng cluster 3-462 is
down. After an exceptionally long print job, he came
back to find its "drum" spinning. It continued to do so
even when he filled both trays. Upon power cycling the
printer it worked for a little bit but then went down.
It gives the error message 69 or 79 (he's not sure)
followed by service and 0608.
