Hayden workstation unhappy

The workstation to the right of HAYDEN-2.mit.edu provided no video
signal when I turned its monitor back on in attempt to decide if I
could use the machine.  The keyboard is currently unresponsive (even
Caps Lock doesn't work to toggle the LED).
