I had discovered another A/C fan coil perimeter leak (unit# 710862). The rug,
once again, was quite saturated. Have summoned P.P. The P.P. mechanic arrived
within 15 muniutes and stated that a plumber was needed for this job.
According to the Operation Center, there was no plumber working this evening.
I had requested that a plumber be called in, due to the extent of the water
etc... The Operations Center had contacted the duty supervisor, who gave the
o.k. The plumber has corrected the drain problem in the condensate pan, and
has also adjusted the drain pan. Case closed.
