Hi Steve-

I took a look at the drop and the problem is where is is
crimped together.  I was able to get it to fail moving it
around:

64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=26. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=27. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=28. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=29. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=30. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=31. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=32. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=33. time=0. ms
64 bytes from 18.187.0.70: icmp_seq=34. time=0. ms
