John,
I didn't really see enough info in the hotline complaint to know what
to do...could be a network outage, I don't know who the cluster manager
is down there, etc. I suggest we wait to see if anyone complains later
in the day, since sometimes problems like this "fix themselves" as soon
as whatever is really wrong gets fixed (that is, the problem may not
be on the workstation, but with the network or something else). Let me
know if you get any other complaints from Woods Hole today...thanks.
