Due to the B11 subnet change on 7-14 the B11 Public Cluster
will close at 6pm on 7-13 till noon 7-14.
Carlton has agreed to close the cluster.
Carlton, Please change the IP address prior to halting. I belive
at this time the IP address change will only be the subnet name.
So, 18.80.1.123 will change to 18.81.1.123
18.81 is the new subnet.
Op, Please issue a MOTD.
