One of the terminals in the m66 cluster (they don't have numbers on them,
but it is the one sitting next to m66-080-12) is down. It does not
present a startup window, and shows the error message:
Setting up network: unable to initialize network.
Please contact Athena operations.
The kind folks on instance help suggested I send mail to you.
