Margaret Lippert had left V-Mail stating that her DS3100 system (ref) had a
fuzzy monitor problem. The # she left was X3-1293. This will need to be
verified. She also asked if anyone could supply her with any ideas to prevent
glare from the screen. I had tried to contact at 5:00pm (no go).
