Craig from Physical plant called to inform that the ventilation ducts works
has collaspe. This is a unit for the whole bldg, there will be some loss of
cooling. The fan coils and the chill water will be still on.
They would like if possible to do the work today and said it would take about
6hrs. start time from 3pm to 9pm .
If there is an alternative time preferred they would like to know.
Please update hotline if this is OK for 3:00pm today.
