had trouble sending me e-mail. The Chair of my Department has had
the problem recently, and he asked me to try to have the bug fixed.

The problem is that when I address you as "Kryder", I am told that Dan
Kryder
is in the directory, but has no email. When I use Kryder@mit.edu,
the mail returns undelivered. I don't get it.
