I find m11-113-5 down quite often with it's bottom disk either in write
protect or disabled. Rebooting always cures the problem. I finally
figured out the reason for these problems this morning. The cover which
protects the disk buttons is broken off and when users sit at the machine they
accidently kick the bottom disk controls. Please have Dec reattach the
cover.
