Hi!
We had a report today that the floppy drive for m11-116-4 is not
working correctly. A user attempted to read a disk on that machine
and it didn't work, but he was able to read the disk on another
Maxine. The error messages were: (from oworkstation 7817)

I'm receiving the following error while trying to read a 3.5 inch disk
on a DEC 5000.
skc54@m11-116-4> add consult
skc54@m11-116-4> mdir
init: open "/dev/rfloppy": I/O error
in addition, my console window displays:
10:06 fd failure: Error 1 reading ptbl at open.

Monday a user complained that her Zephyrs did not work from
m11-116-4, but I was able to log in a send z's from the machine.
Her error message was:

Received authorization failure while sending to clerch

It's ozephyr log 6380.
