Hi! The user "maryjane" reported that she frequently is unable to
access her directory (located on odysseus) when she logs in.
At the time she spoke with me she was in PL3-470. However,
she has also encountered the problem while in building 1.
Have you received any other reports from people over there
not being able to access things?
