Yeah, sure that can be done. Other cluster managers are interested
in something similar. 

Are you interested in the raw data or would you prefer some sort
of report?

Sorry it took so long to get crl fixed! The problem was not an obvious
one. As I mentioned yesterday, Brian eventually redid the entire
configuration. Having two queues, one with quota control and one
without, really shouldn't be setup because it's exploiting a race
condition.
