Got a call from Daniel Bromberg, 232-9060 ddaniel, that the
network at ZBT, 18.227.0.1 , has been bouncing for several hours.
Things like finger and zephyer to campus do not work. Intermittent
error message "HOst Unreachable 18.227.0.1"
Please investigate for ZBT. Please update hotline with needs/solution.
