Effective immediately to further service the needs of our community
a "hot line' number is in operation located in the Director's Office,
Alex Eccles will intercept the calls.
The purpose of the "hot line" is to supplement the existing work order
reporting system. If after reporting to Operations via FIXIT a chronic
problem still exists this number will serve to focus the appropriate
plant resources to respond and resolve difficult problems.
The telephone number is 253-6859 and there will also be voice mail
to enable you to leave a message with your concerns/problems, and
Alex Eccles will respond in a timely fashion. We are striving to
be responsive to your needs. Please filter this "hot line"
information to individuals within your department.
