Unhappy Workstation

Workstation E51-007-9 froze. I tried the standard reboot sequence
from the Stock Answers, and nothing happened. After a few minutes the
screen saver kicked in, and shortly thereafter the following began
VERY slowly scrolling onto the botton of the screen:
PC: 0x801381d8
SP: 0xffffddc0
EP: 0xffffdd18
?IO sc oc-timo
That last part is currently repeated about eight times.
I am unclear as to how to proceed, and therefore intend not to.
