I have received a CSA retrun system module for this 133, and have assembled the
system. The system self tests just make it to the end of the video test, and
then jumps to blinking cursor. I have taken this system to the W20-575
facility to troubleshoot, and have discovered that the video board is bad. I
also have discovered that while I was assembling the various hardware
components that the video bd was wrapped up in bubble wrap instead of a static
bag. I have called for an emergency video bd. Cathy Callahan has answered my
call, but she was unable to access her system. She will be calling 1410 in the
a.m. with and E.T.A. and line #. Please update this note with the appropriate
info. and send to Cynthia.
