i found fiber with a 13.2 jam while going through the
motions of what was happening i found that one of the
rollers under green sheild on fusing unit had pop'd out.
I had to remove fusing unit and a piece of unit to
reinsert the roller. If anyone wants to see what I'm
talking about I'll gladly show you.
