broken chair in M1-142

There's this broken blue chair in M1-142 that I have actually witnessed
someone falling/sliding off it and landing on the floor on two occasions.
I had parked it near the printers in its broken state after the first
accident so that the athena staff could see it, but the second accident
happened in like manner, so I guess the chair was never repaired. Anyway,
it's sitting next to the printers once more in its broken state. So please
fix it or dispose of it before a student tries to "fix" it and hurt
him/herslef later. Thanks.
