Every 10-20 minutes, the image on this monitor gets unstable.
The image will "jump out," that is, it gets about a half inch
bigger in each dimension. Then it will immediately jump back to
normal size. This repeats itself about twice a second and
continues for 5-10 seconds before settling down again.
