On Sunday, April 30 at 12:00am (that's Saturday night), news will be
down for a short time to replace the innd and nnrpd binaries with
substantially different versions.
Ideally, the outage should last less than a minute, but there may be
trouble with the new versions, in which case the outage may last up to
an hour.
