Trying to "clean up" the remaining RVD servers, I changed these VAX
workstations from the "m38-vs" cluster (which uses RVD packs) to the
"public-vs" cluster (which uses AFS packs). This should not make any
difference in the workstations, which will see their new packs sometime
tomorrow (after tonight's Hesiod propagation AND after a subsequent
workstation deactivation...)
