It has been found that the E40 3rd floor door is not securing itself. I have
spoken to the Operations Center and have requested this to be a code '99'.
A lock-smith is on the way over to evaluate the situation. My explicit
instructions are to secure this door this evening, and to call in what ever
P.P. dept. is needed to rectify this problem, and also to contact 1410 upon
completion of this task.
