On April 6 I called in a hardware report (keyboard not functioning) for
an ATHENA DECstation 3100 `samsara', located in my office (48-209).
I am following up with this email because I cannot use the machine as is but
need it for class-related computing (all of my homework sets use ATHENA).
I would appreciate your efforts to expedite this repair.
