	John,
		I beleive this is the second time on this location
	since it was installed. I opened up the jack it looked fine.
	I checked the station cable ... fine. I tested the ethernet
	port from the telephone closet  .. fine. I reconnected everthing
	and tested the work station and am able to connect. I am unable to
	determine the problem but the station works. Till next time...

Hello Net-help,
        Please inform telecoms that a UTP jack is dead
        in 14-0637.
        Jack = 14-0637-10 port #2.

        I swapped UTP cables and the workstation fails to run
        the network loopback test.
