Hi! I tried to log into this workstation about 20 minutes ago and
found that it had lost contact with volume location servers 18.70.0.43
and 18.70.0.6. after it regained contact, it continued to log me in
but couldn't open any displays, so i didn't have an xterm, dash or logout
button. someone suggested typing "ctrl-alt-backspace ctrl-alt-return"
to reboot it and entering "boot" at the ">>" prompt, which i did,
although the first couple of tries, i pressed the "comp" key instead of
"alt". the workstation is now stuck where it is and i don't know what
to do next. If there's something simple I can do, I'll be close to
that workstation for the next 15 minutes or so.
