I received a zephyrgram from user dalyno stating that
aggie:/u1 was full, I suspect from bogus ingres files in need of
restoredb. I also note that there are several runaway ingres backends
on aggie -- the load average is above 4.0.
Also I note that the root password is still something I know,
which isn't really a good idea, since with my failing memory and
distance from the action I (or someone else who has that old password)
may do more harm than good.
I did run restoredb (but not purgedb) over the cegdms
database, and something is definitely messed up.
