Laser jet 4 "ithiel" in E53-4th floor (political science) cluster gave error "18
upper mio" David Burbach called and was told that it will be okay if he turns
the printer on and off. He did that and the display says "ready" but the eight
jobs on the queue are not pirnting. Basically nothing is happening. He is also
wondering if he can get one of the jobs (a 60 page paper) off the queue. Told
him to call olc for the last question.
