11-135 A/C Alarms

At approx. 20:00, I had heard the A/C alarms ringing in the 11-135 mach.rm.
I have reset these alarms. This was due to the bldg. loosing its power.
There was also a little alarm/constant beep coming from an IBM 3151 monitor,
which I believe is attached to owl. I have shutoff the monitor.
Have re-armed 11-135.
