We seem to have developed a problem with our printer, luna in 54-301, after
the power outage. When the outage hit, I made sure to turn off the computers
and the printer in case of power spikes and did not turn them back on
until well after the power returned. However, since then the printer has
been showing an error: 18 UPPER MIO. The printer manual says that
this is supposed to be a momentary message which should clear after a
minute or less. This state has lasted for well over an hour. Test pages
print fine, but external print jobs never reach the printer. The manual
gives no further clues about how to deal with this state, and power cycling
has not helped.
